How do I use the ResMed mask sizing template correctly?Updated 3 days ago
ResMed provides printable sizing templates for many of their CPAP masks, especially nasal pillow and nasal cradle styles (like the P10, N30, and N30i). These templates help ensure you select the correct cushion size for a proper seal and comfortable fit.
📝 How to Use the Sizing Template:
Print the template at 100% scale (do not shrink to fit page). You can usually find a ruler printed on the page to confirm accuracy.
Stand in front of a mirror in a well-lit space.
Hold the template under your nose—not inside your nostrils, just resting against your nostril base.
✅ What should line up?
Your nostrils should fit comfortably inside the cutout that corresponds to the sizing options (e.g., Small, Medium, Large).
The outer edges (outline) of the cutout should gently touch the flesh around your nostrils, but your nostrils shouldn’t spill past the borders.
If your nostrils sit right on the line between two sizes, most people prefer the smaller size for a more secure fit.
🔄 For Nasal Pillows (like AirFit P10 or P30i):
You're measuring the width of your nostrils, not the depth.
The goal is a soft seal right at the nostril entrance—not stretching inside.
