All warranty claims must be submitted through us—not directly to the manufacturer.

To start a claim:

1. Email [email protected] with:

   • Your order number

   • A description of the issue

   • Clear photos or video (if applicable)

2. We’ll review your claim and submit it to the manufacturer.

3. Once approved, we’ll handle the replacement or repair process for you. We cannot provide a loaner unit
